SpringHill Suites by Marriott Philadelphia Langhorne

The desk staff is helpful to mommas like me , the house keeping, the kitchen staff were so helpful when it came to essentials. we did need a few things. The food choices&snacks kept us full& no need to order out in a pinch if tired. snacks gave me a chance to make my kid happy as I worked with my boss on the computer in lobby. location +++ The ladies are more than helpful if you need little Nick knacks. Women’s pad and tampons , over the counter essentials. Super fast check in, they even had a 3rd party verification that was so much appreciated&needed as my family booked it for me. Sesame place is right there &sesame in their store on the left of the store entrance (don’t need to pay or go all the way in) has an atm that you can add cash to and get a Visa card to be used to pay for things as the area does not take cash. We are walkers/hikers it’s right in the middle of everything. The lobby is always a relaxing tv spot , the coffee is always ready and the breakfast area was so clean. I and my child always have an amazing time there. The pool and jaquzzi is such a beautiful add to a long day at the mall, parks and work. We never felt unsafe especially this time around. They now lock the lobby&all doors as in past it wasn’t. If you need anything or answers please ask the crew. The house keeping are so cleanly& make it perfect. Crispy sheets so nice. The beds were so comfy and the room is up to a6 people. the cleaning crew is a phone call away. The staff always answer the phone. I travel for work and leisure with a small child&the area is top notch. They have a play place in Burger King &at the mall for parents to do paperwork. The computer, the pens, the paper and the printer saved me. The coloring sheets and crayons in lobby what a blessing to my child.

The Manager was 5 Star as well as the staff!! I didn't eat breakfast so I can't comment. But I told the Owners of my business when they send me back. That I want to stay here. And the Manager and the Staff sold me. And when you get greeted with a smile and when your leaving for the day and see the smile. You know it's gonna be a good day! You have the right people in place there to be very successful!

We loved the front desk employees! Tajeira Fisher is especially wonderful! She was beyond helpful and easy to chat with. I truly enjoyed seeing her as we came and went during our stay. She even checked on us upon finishing bringing in the luggage to ensure we felt comfortable- a true asset to the hospitality world! Additionally, the proximity to Sesame Place cannot be beat! It was across the street- just perfect- especially when toddlers needed to go back to the hotel from Sesame Place to take a nap!

Very clean, quiet and comfortable. The room was very spacious. There were enough towels, hand towels, wash rags, toilet paper and tissues. I never wanted for anything. I like the amount of shampoo, conditioner and body wash that was in the room, it wasn’t tiny bottles. I wasn’t bothered by maid service every morning which I like I was able to sleep in, if I needed something I would just ask the front desk.
